This retreat will include:

  • Full week stay at the castle including food and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Qi Gong exercises to warm up your body. Appeasing and great for your joints and energy circulation
  • Physical activities from the Rock and Water program
  • Discover your inner and outer force by using your body physically. This is the fun part. Playing like a child but on an adult level with adult forces. You’ll even break a block of wood with your hand!

Learn how to control yourself, learn about anchoring, about imposing limits with body language. Learn about body communication.
The exercise in the video is on how to use your inner force and to try to push the other over.
